He was remanded in custody to 1 October.Prosecutor Hazel Ncube told the court that on 27 July, around 4AM, Dube, accompanied by a friend, smashed a bedroom window to gain entry into the woman's house. The complainant was reportedly asleep with her boyfriend at the time. He then dragged the complainant from her bedroom to the sitting room where children were sleeping," said Ms Ncube. "The court heard that Dube allegedly raped the woman a second time during the ordeal. The complainant later underwent a medical examination, and a medical affidavit is expected to be tendered as evidence.The case continues.
