Monty (Martin) Power, of Gaile, Thurles, died in a two-vehicle road traffic collision which occurred on the N24 at Cahir, Co Tipperary, on Sunday morning, September 21. Mr Power, aged in his 70s, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Tributes to Mr Power have been paid from far and wide. Boherlahan Dualla GAA Club said: “We extend our heartfelt sympathy to Kathleen and the Power family on the tragic passing of Monty (Martin).
