In outlining the state’s evidence, Sgt Lisa McEntee said the accused, when stopped on suspicion of drink driving, returned a reading of 111 microgrammes of alcohol per 100ml of breath.
Judge Raymond Finnegan said Radoslaw Sola's level of alcohol consumption was so high he wouldn't have been able to "see his windshield, never mind the road in front of him."
It was a breath sample that drew a scathing response from Judge Finnegan.
Despite those remarks, Judge Finnegan said the court could find little by of an excuse for a man who was now facing into his third drink driving conviction.
In making that order, Judge Finnegan implored Ms Courtney to explain “very carefully” of the potential custodial repercussions that awaited Sola should he fail to abide by the court’s terms.
