Sept. 23 (UPI) -- The Beachcomber, Margaritaville at Sea's newest and largest ship, will make its home in Miami, with sailings to begin in 2027, said CEO Christopher Ivy. The Beachcomber is a former Costa Cruises ship and will be the largest in the Margaritaville fleet. It will have more than 15 venues, and include Margaritaville favorites Cheeseburger in Paradise and Hemisphere Dancer. The port gives the ship better access to the eastern and southern Caribbean islands, Ivy said. "For us, that was the eastern and southern Caribbean, and Miami is the easiest way to get there."
