Steven Coen runs Winners Swindon, which used Hangar C2 at Wroughton airfield to house a 550-metre-long indoor go-karting track, under the name Swindon Karting. Now Mr Coen has applied for permission to use the hangar as a warehouse and storage centre. His application shows the internal layout of the building will be unchanged by the change of use; the karting course having been removed. It has not been possible to contact Mr Coen to ask him more about his plans.
