Developer reveals plans for 156 Stockton homes, saying it could 'support employment of 688 people'

More infoA housing developer has unveiled plans to build 156 homes in Stockton.
Persimmon Teesside requested planning consent from Stockton Council to build the new properties on land east of Buckthorn Crescent near Roseworth and Norton.
It says the proposals could support the employment of 688 people and create about 70 jobs per year.
"The proposed development is estimated to support the employment of 688 people, provide eight apprentices/graduates and generate £398,475 in council tax revenue."
