It’s tragic and shameful that Charlie Kirk was assassinated for expressing his political views. It goes without saying that Kirk shouldn’t have been killed. Despite President Trump’s declaration that “radicals on the left are the problem,” neither side has a monopoly on political violence. There’s ugly speech. There’s gross speech.
