Humberside Police retrieved a machete from a property in Evesham Avenue, Grimsby after receiving a complaint. ‌At Grimsby Crown Court, Nathan Smith, 40, admitted harassing his neighbour causing fear of violence in the spring and summer of last year. Prosecuting, Daniel Ingham said Smith had made threats to kill his neighbour at the home where he lived with his children. On September 19, while still on police bail, Smith shouted at his neighbour again and invited him to go to where there were no CCTV cameras.
