State Pension to Rise 4.7% in April 2026, Check New Weekly DWP Rates

The UK State Pension is on track to increase by 4.7% from April 2026 under the triple lock.
For those with full entitlement, the new State Pension is projected to increase from £230.25 to £241.05 per week, while the basic (old) State Pension is set to rise from £176.45 to £184.75 per week.
On a straightforward 52-week basis, the full new State Pension equates to roughly £12,534.60 in 2026/27.
Applying 4.7% yields a weekly increase of £10.80 for the full new State Pension (to £241.05) and £8.30 for the full basic State Pension (to £184.75).
The new State Pension generally applies to those reaching State Pension age on or after 6 April 2016, while the basic (old) State Pension applies to those who reached it before that date.
