The streets of downtown Fayetteville will spring to life on November 28, as the 26th annual Dickens Holiday transforms the city center. Starting at noon, the Fayetteville History Museum kicks off this much-loved winter tradition. The first 100 visitors at the Franklin Street museum will snag special "Dickens Dollars" for local shops. Staff call it "a breathtaking moment of sight and sound that marks the official start of the holiday season." Dream Finders Homes joins Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in presenting the festivities, with backing from Fayetteville Public Works Commission and local businesses.
