Beverly - Pamela Jean Walch Constantine, 70, passed away on August 27, 2025, with her loving family by her side. Daughter of the late Allan Prescott and June Cunningham Walch, Pam was born on July 5, 1955, in Manchester, CT.
Pam was a devoted member of First Baptist Church in Beverly, where she was Moderator for many years, participated in numerous mission trips, served free community lunches each Saturday, chaired the Church's annual Holiday Fair and made other contributions too numerous to list. She also served as the President and as a member of the Board of Directors of Harborlight Nursery School. As a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Harborlight Homes, Pam enthusiastically supported efforts to establish affordable housing on Boston's North Shore. Bates College recently recognized Pam as a "Bates Best" award recipient for her community service.
Pam is survived by her husband, David Constantine. She also leaves her daughter Kara of Falmouth, ME, son Peter and his wife, Kali, of Amesbury, MA, and son Adam and his wife, Elle, of Beverly, MA. She is also survived by her brothers and their wives, Barry and Rhonda Walch of Canton, NY, and Bryan and Terry Walch of Suffield, CT, as well as by much-loved nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Pam's life at the First Baptist Church in Beverly, 221 Cabot St, Beverly, MA on Saturday September 20, 2025, at 11:00 A.M.
