On Tuesday, September 16th, Agents from the State Investigation Police (PEI) of the Secretariat of Public Security (SSP) arrested Raúl Alberto “N,” aka “Beethoven,” in Mérida. After the investigation, the agents arrested the individual and took him to the Public Prosecutor’s Office. The SSP reported that it will continue its investigation into the distribution activities in which the detainee was allegedly involved. According to the SSP, these reports strengthen the officers’ work and allow them to locate individuals linked to drug dealing. The “Beethoven” case will be in the hands of the Prosecutor’s Office, which will determine the man’s legal status.
