— Perdue Farms has named three executives to its senior leadership team. The fourth-generation, family-owned food and agriculture company named Kim Poe as senior vice president, strategy and corporate development; Sal Gala as senior vice president, procurement; and Brice Westring as senior vice president, research and development. “These leaders bring deep expertise across strategy, operations, innovation and supply chain,” said Kevin McAdams, chief executive officer of Perdue Farms. Gala will oversee Perdue Farms’ procurement organization and focus on building strong supplier partnerships, improving processes and driving long-term value across the company’s supply chain. Westring will lead Perdue Farms’ R&D organization, continuing its role in driving innovation and product leadership in protein.
