In all three of Chambers County’s cities, there will be municipal election runoff races held on Sept. 23. During the Aug. 26 municipal election, Langley led with 68 votes, compared to Vines’ 52 votes and Nell Finley’s 46 votes. Story led in the Aug. 26 Municipal Election with 138 votes, compared to Booker-Woody’s 130 votes and Sherry Potts’ 29 votes. In the Aug. 26 municipal election, Rudd led with 194 votes, compared to Wood’s 184, Michelle Tucker’s 99 and Patricia Woody’s 42.
