(courtesy photo)Megan Burch was presented with the Outstanding Assisted Living Manager of the Year Award during the THCA’s 75th Diamond Anniversary Convention and Trade Show. The award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated a high level of professionalism and care for their community, residents and team members. Jesse Cowan, regional director of operations at Health Dimensions Group, which manages Kruse Village, says Burch’s presence in the community is “constant and deeply felt” and that she is “never above any task.” He says he “cannot imagine a more deserving recipient” for this award.
