Taipei [Taiwan], April 28 (ANI): Taiwan's Ministry of National Defence (MND) has said that 29 sorties of People's Liberation Army (PLA) aircraft, 10 People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) vessels and four ship were detected operating near Taiwan until 6 am (local time) on Monday. According to Taiwan's MND, 16 out of 29 sorties crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait and entered Taiwan's northern, central, southwestern and eastern Air Defence Identification Zone (ADIZ). Taiwan's President and Chairman of the ruling Democratic Progressive Party, or DPP, Lai Ching-te, declared on Wednesday that all party members are now required to report in advance and submit a follow-up report if they visit China or interact with individuals connected to the Chinese government.
