Janet Sousa-Reis Janet Sousa-Reis specializes in polymer sciences and holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Applied Polymer Sciences from FH Aachen. Özlem Yılmaz Adıgüzel Özlem Yılmaz Adıgüzel is currently working as a Polymer R&D Supervisor at Betek Boya ve Kimya Sanayi A.Ş., a role she has held since February 2023. She holds a Master’s degree in Polymer Science and Technology from Istanbul Technical University, completed in 2018 with a strong academic record. Her educational foundation was laid with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the same institution, where she also gained early research experience as a student assistant and intern. She earned her PhD from the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research, where she worked on tandem polymerisation and polyolefin synthesis under heterogeneous conditions.
