The Wildschek paint factory has been manufacturing in Vienna, Austria since 1948 and moved to its current headquarters in 2023. The German paint manufacturer, which has been a supplier to Wildschek for many years, is taking over the company as part of the regulated succession of the previous owner Erich Wildschek. With a total of six retail and wholesale locations, the acquired company optimally complements the Mipa Group’s existing distribution network in Austria. In combination with independent trade partners and the existing nine locations of the Mipa Group company Henelit, the result is even more comprehensive market coverage. The takeover strengthens the regional presence of the Mipa Group and expands the range of services for customers in Austria.
