Axalta announced the acquisition of three specialist distributors in Europe, which will now be part of the Axalta Axcess network. The acquisitions, completed at the end of 2024, include two Italian distributors—Colorificio Brianza Car and Brianza Car 3, both based in Lombardy—as well as a French distributor, CPS Carrosserie Peinture Système, near Bordeaux. These three new locations expand Axalta Axcess’s footprint to over 40 sales outlets across ten European countries.
