Dutch paints and coatings manufacturer Akzo Nobel has announced the nomination of Dr Hans-Joachim Müller for its supervisory board. His appointment will be put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 25 April 2025. Müller, currently chairman of the supervisory board at TIB Chemicals and a member of the supervisory board at Lanxess, has many years of experience in the chemical industry. Commenting on the decision, Ben Noteboom, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Akzo Nobel, said: ‘With Hans-Joachim on board, we look forward to creating long-term value for all our stakeholders. They have played an essential role in a period of major change and helped shape the future of Akzo Nobel.
