From 25 to 27 March 2025, Nuremberg becomes the global epicenter of the coatings and paint industry as the European Coatings Show (ECS) kicks off. Matthias Janz, Director Trade Shows Coatings at Vincentz Network, and Alexander Mattausch, Executive Director Exhibitions at NürnbergMesse, highlight the strong international presence and the show’s growing relevance. The accompanying European Coatings Conference, which started yesterday, runs under the motto “Shaping tomorrow’s innovation”. A special highlight: Gaoyuan Zhang from Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences received the ECS Conference Award, presented by Damir Gagro, Director Content at European Coatings. ECS 2025 is more than a trade show – it’s a hub for innovation, collaboration, and the future of coatings.
