German process equipment specialist Ystral is expanding its facilities at its headquarters in Ballrechten-Dottingen (Baden-Württemberg) with a new pilot plant. The investment, totalling approximately EUR 1.8 million, is a response to the high utilisation of the company’s existing application and development laboratories. The expanded site will enable Ystral to conduct more customer trials under optimised conditions. “The new pilot centre is a major step forward for our company – it’s where we come together with our customers to develop solutions,” said Peter Manke, Managing Director and co-owner of Ystral. Ystral thus positions itself as a full-scope development partner for processing applications.
