Büfa, the family-owned chemical company based in Oldenburg, Germany, achieved stable performance in 2024, despite a year marked by economic and geopolitical uncertainty. The main driver of growth was the chemicals division, which saw higher volumes compared to the previous year. This helped compensate for declines in other business areas, resulting in a 5 % overall increase in group sales volume. “The performance of our chemicals division was particularly encouraging,” said Ralf Ramke, CFO of the Büfa Group. The chemicals division benefited from this ongoing internationalisation and the development of new sales regions.
