The Büfa Group, headquartered in Oldenburg, Germany, is setting the course for a smooth management transition. As part of an early succession plan, Dr. Moritz Fichtmüller will take over as CEO in spring 2026. Fichtmüller expressed his anticipation of taking on overall responsibility in what he described as a future-oriented, international family business.
