Bodo Möller Chemie Group has completed the acquisition of the Asian distribution business of Rocktin. The move represents a further step in the company’s global growth strategy and significantly strengthens its position in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Rocktin, headquartered in China with operations in Vietnam, Canada, Singapore and Hong Kong, has been an established Henkel distribution partner for many years. Strengthening position in the APAC marketWith the integration of Rocktin, Bodo Möller Chemie becomes one of the largest distributors of Henkel products in Greater China. The acquisition also expands Bodo Möller Chemie’s technical capabilities, particularly through the Adhesive Competence Center in Shanghai.
