Asian Paints, India’s largest paint and coatings manufacturer, is building a Greenfield facility in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The investment is valued at approximately EUR 217 million. The site will add an annual capacity of 400 million litres of water-based paints. Asian Paints currently maintains a dealer network of more than 165,000 partners, with several thousand added each year. By focusing on water-based technologies, Asian Paints highlights the growing importance of sustainability and compliance with environmental standards, strengthening its competitive position in India’s coatings market.
