New PU/PEG-MXene nanocomposites for flexible electronics
[]
European Coatings
MXene-polymer composites are increasingly recognised as promising candidates for flexible electronics, combining electrical conductivity with mechanical stability.
The nanocomposites were prepared in situ via a two-step polyaddition method, with soft segment contents ranging from 30 to 60 wt%.
Event tip: Modern Functional Coatings – Self-Healing, Anti-Ice and BeyondOn 29 October 2025, the European Coatings seminar Modern Functional Coatings: Self-Healing, Anti-Ice and Beyond will take place online.
The event explores advanced coating functionalities that go beyond corrosion protection and aesthetics – including anti-ice, anti-graffiti, self-healing and sharkskin effects.
These findings position PU/PEG-MXene nanocomposites as promising functional coatings for advanced electronic applications.
