Officers from the Methuen Police Department are trading their uniforms for aprons to raise money for Special Olympics Massachusetts. Officers will be serving as hosts and wait staff at the Texas Roadhouse, 424 Broadway, Methuen, Thursday, Sept. 18, from 5 to 8 p.m., as part of the Roadhouse’s Tip-A-Cop event. Every tip they receive for good service will go to support disabled athletes.
