The XP series offers users stable performance under its maximum 50 N load capacity due to its robust lever-amplification mechanism, which increases mechanical stiffness. As well as horizontal (X) travel, the stages are also suitable for vertical (Z) movements. Typical applications for the XP series include interferometer optical delay stages, lightsheet microscopy objective lens positioning, fiber positioning, and precision industrial automation.
