Canadian College of Performing Arts opens season Oct. 16 with Significant Other by Joshua HarmonA pop-rock musical and a romantic comedy about friendship are among the 2025-26 season presented by the Canadian College of Performing Arts (CCPA) and the Canadian Heritage Arts Society. The productions showcase CCPA student talent as they prepare for careers in the performing arts. Opening the season Oct. 16 is Significant Other by Joshua Harmon, a wedding-filled play full of humour, heartbreak and finding love. On Dec. 11, year two diploma students perform Blue Stockings by Jessica Swale, directed by R.J. Peters and Raugi Yu. The Lightening Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical opens on Jan. 30, 2026 directed and choreographed by Kaylee Harwood with music direction by Brad L’Ecuyer.
