In a continued effort to revitalize downtown, Carter County Bank has funded the replacement of decorative banners along Elk Avenue, E Street, Sycamore Street and Armed Forces Drive. The initiative, in partnership with Main Street Elizabethton, aims to beautify the area and reflect the community’s resilience. In response, Carter County Bank stepped forward to replace them. “We take great pride in being an anchor for our downtown community,” said Carter County Bank President Andrew McKeehan. “We thank Carter County Bank for their partnership and commitment to downtown Elizabethton,” Bean said.
