FITTING STRETCHThe above was an example of how run games can play havoc with this defense when they're trying to be tricksy on a pass rush. I assume the DT getting blocked by Efobi was supposed to be in the A gap between him and Crippen. The WLB now seems to be fighting back to that backside A-gap that we think the DT Efobi rode into the scraper was supposed to have been in. The point is the downblockers blocked nobody and the defense delivered two unblocked guys to the point of attack.
