Alleged SchemeFederal authorities say the duo engaged in a scheme to obtain high-dosage oxycodone pills from several doctors in New Jersey and then sell those pills to street-level drug users. Officials allege that beginning around April 2024, Kiszka and Kubina were responsible for diverting over 10,000 oxycodone pills. On September 11th, both men made their initial appearances in federal court and were released on a $100,000 unsecured bond.
