And it's a move that has not gone down well at all with some viewers at home. Within moments of the rule change being confirmed, viewers rushed to social media to hit out at the BBC for making it. Taking to X, one fumed: '@BBC your new voting system takes out a lot of the older viewers that loved to call in and vote.
