Karmen D. Kuszmaul of Halifax passed away Sunday, Sept. 21, 2025 at the age of 84. She was born in Carrol County, Ind., Oct. 6, 1940 to the late Ralph Lewis Kuszmaul and the late Doris Fay Meek Kuszmaul. Karmen enjoyed spending time doing crafts, making Christmas ornaments, camping and nature walks. Karmen is survived by her children, Janet Elaine Sheagley Gunther (Jerry) of Edgewater, FL, David Michael Sheagley II (Lisa) of Vernon Hill; grandchildren, Jordan Michael Sheagley of Vernon Hill, January Sloan (Brett) of Orlando, Fla., Joy Parker of Edgewater, Fla., and Jessica Thorpe (Alex) of Edgewater, Fla.; greatgrandchildren, Jeremey Weeks (Darian), Julia, Brycen, Xander, and Briane; one brother, Ronald Lee Kuszmaul of Deer Creek, Ind.
