CAIRO – Minister of Finance Ahmed Kouchouk is set to participate in the Egyptian-German Business Forum 2025, which will be organized by the German – Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce on Thursday and Friday in the cities of Munich and Frankfurt. The visit marks another step in Egypt’s commitment to building a “partnership of trust” with the global business community and enhancing bilateral economic cooperation with Germany. The minister is also scheduled to hold several meetings with German officials and business leaders to discuss means of boosting economic ties. During the forum, Kouchouk will outline the joint and ongoing efforts between the ministries of finance, investment and foreign trade to improve the investment climate, reduce trade costs and processing times, and support export-oriented activities. He will also present future plans aimed at enhancing Egypt’s economic competitiveness, simplifying procedures, and reducing costs for the business community.
