JULY 14--A Florida Man is behind bars on felony charges for a pair of Walmart sex toy heists, records show. Jeffrey Laforge, 40, was arrested Friday on a pair of theft counts for which he is being held in lieu of $10,000 bond. Store security cameras recorded Laforge removing the items from their packaging and then departing Walmart without paying for the pleasure devices. The $280 worth of stolen goods--which included a $31.44 “tush toy” and a $14.98 “oral stroker”--are listed in a police report. Since the merchandise was valued at less than $1000, the sex toy thefts would normally be charged as a misdemeanor.
