Under the direction of John P. Shoener, the Shenandoah Valley High School Blue Devil Band brought its talents to the 170th Bloomsburg Fair on Sept. 25. The band’s performance was a highlight of the day’s events, captivating the crowd with their spirited music, school officials said.
