If you’ve eaten in enough Greek restaurants, you’ll know the drill: blue and white everywhere, a plate of hummus, maybe a souvlaki, and a soundtrack of Zorba on repeat. The restaurant, newly opened and the project of 30-year-old Adam Noble from Fazakerley, is already full by 8pm on a Wednesday night. (Image: Conaill Corner/Liverpool ECHO)The moussaka (£9.15) was, frankly, the best I’ve ever had. The beef stifado (beef stew) (£8.55) was too chewy and would’ve sung had it simmered another hour. For my money, it’s the best Greek restaurant in Merseyside right now, and a brilliant addition to the ever-improving St John’s Road.
