The inquiry was told how a number of websites which Rudakubana ordered from had age verification processes in place. He also provided a copy of the driving licence. The inquiry heard Rudakubana used a driving licence for a person called Samuel - a man in his 60s who was originally from Africa but lived in West London. A number of the retailers who Rudakubana used to place his orders will give their own evidence to the Southport Inquiry at the start of October. The inquiry will also hear from delivery companies to understand how Rudakubana got hold of packages which required age verification.
