A broken-down vehicle in the Jack Lynch Tunnel caused heavy traffic to build on the South Ring this afternoon. Delays were first reported at approximately 3.30pm. The breakdown caused a lengthy tailback to form along the N40 Eastbound, stretching from the tunnel to back beyond the Bloomfield Interchange.
