The Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) investigated and arrested the individuals and a federal grand jury has indicted the trio. One count of conspiracy and a second count of targeting a federal officer. Brown, who also is charged in a separate case with assault on a federal officer, is in federal custody without bond. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem is stepping up to use DHSI enforcement as the federal officers in charge. Over the past several weeks CTH has increasingly heard that AG Pam Bondi is the problem within the system.
