The Bath County Public Library has welcomed Rachael Hughes as its new librarian. She’s only been in the role a few months, but her connection to reading started long before this job. As Rachael put it, she “read before [she] could read,” and that early love of books has stayed with her ever since. With a background in English literature, creative writing, and years of experience working with children, Rachael has returned to what she calls her dream job.
